When Barclaycard purchased a credit card portfolio from a competitor, it had to transition those customers from one card to another. No simple task especially since the card details and benefits were changing. To solve for that we created a highly personalized campaign that significantly outperformed expectations and ensured that Barclaycard’s investment paid off.
